Maedya fell in love with circus after taking her first class at Xelias when she was 5 years old, and has been here ever since! She specializes in rope and wire, and enjoys teaching all sorts of aerials, especially trapeze and rope. As a teenager she toured with Circus Smirkus, performing on the East Coast for 5 summers. She’s been a part of a variety of fireshows and cabarets, and competed in Circus Star USA in 2017. She loves working at Xelias because of the positive environment, amazing staff and students, and sparkly costumes!
