Brigid began her circus training at age 10, and since then has focused on a variety of aerial apparatuses – particularly Lyra, Rope, and Trapeze, and partner work on all apparatuses! Brigid has performed internationally and domestically, and assisted with incorporating circus in theater productions in the Twin Cities. She began working with the Xelias team when she was a TA for Meg’s course at the University of Minnesota in Spring 2013, and has been coaching here ever since! She is passionate about sharing circus arts with others, and loves the “circus is for everybody” ethos here at Xelias. Brigid loves exploring body mechanics and helping students and other performers find their creative voice in the air!
