Mark Ruark

Lighting Designer, Stage Manager

Mark R. Ruark has been working professionally in the Twin Cities for almost five years. He has worked with Live Action Set, Catalyst Dances, Arena Dances, Flying Foot Forum, JAZZDANCE!, Margolis Brown Co. and others. Currently, he is lighting Please Don’t Blow Up Mr. Boban at the Loring Playhouse and designing sound for Case Study no. 11, 292: Regeneration for Naked Stages at Intermedia Arts.

A stage manager and lighting/sound/costume designer/technician by trade, Mark’s newest passions include music (look for his upcoming sound collaboration project Liar’s Conspiracy) and the aerial arts.]Mark has been the resident lighting designer and stage manager for Xelias Aerial Performance Company since October, 2002.
